I have not heard anyone point out Michael Brandon being "unenthusiastic" during Seasons 13-16. He sounded enthusiastic in "Hero of the Rails" and a lot of the other movies that came out during that era of four fully produced CGI seasons. From what I heard, he was usually consistent in terms of enthusiasm.

Even though I'm a yank, I'm starting to prefer the UK dub of this special! Brandon does a fine job, but most of US voice actors don't convey any emotion! I know they were just starting out since this was the first full CGI production but come on!
