ALSO Quinn is right there was a woman that u can kil by stealing her power pump center unit and quinn did that instead of sparing her. But she begs please no she doesnt wana die if u hear her out and dont take it. Which makes a good stark difference to the guy on the ground ASKING u to kill him its a nice way to show both sides of killing.

Guys, Alice does feel cold, pain, hunger etc. Child androids are programmed so you have to take care of them. Yes, we know that Alice isn’t human, but she is still suffering.

I think it's that they CAN be programmed to feel all those things, clearly Alice has been. But I think one of the Magazines says something about customizing how much care the child will need.

They clearly miss the entire point of the story which is that you have to see these characters as real human and fight for their rights. If they think Alice or any android does not deserve to wear warm clothes just "because they're androids", then what's the point of replaying the game and fighting for them all this time, just let them all die like in the last play 🤷

28:30 Oak has the right idea here. My advice is to make new choices based off of the information you already know from the 1st run. The game is meant to be played multiple times. Don’t go in as if you haven’t played before. And if you want, look at the flowchart before each chapter to see where you can make new choices. Looking forward to the next episode 😊

I'm so happy you guys got to see the highway chase scene this time! I'm not sure if you noticed because it is a pretty intense scene, but that is the first scene where they mix two characters' soundtracks together. They had three different composers compose three different soundtracks, one for each of the protagonists, to give them each a different tone. But in some scenes they will blend them together - the highway chase blends Kara and Connor's soundtracks and I think it is a gorgeous composition. Even though it is technically the 'better' decision to not chase Kara across the highway (less risk of character death and Hank likes you more), I always do it just because the chase scene is so epic lol. It's just a series of QTEs where you keep flipping between control of Kara and Connor, trying to catch Kara as Connor, escape Connor as Kara, and stop all three characters from being hit by cars. SO much fun. Loving this playthrough! Thanks for taking the time to do this!

Make sure not to make Amanda hate you too much, she will replace you. Trick her that you are on her side. :) Hank doesnt like when you die too much too

That first part isn't true. She only replaces you if you actually succeed. Spoilers: Amanda replaces Connor with the RK900 model, if he manages to capture every deviant he goes after whilst with Hank, and he manages to stop the Android rebellion. (Daniel is captured no matter what because he dies canonically; The Traci's at the Eden Club; Rupert the one who feeds pigeons; The deviant in the Stratford Tower, and Simon if he is left behind there AND if he's discovered by Connor).

@@Jumpyman_thegamerYT well, on my gameplay. She replaced me with another Connor. :) But, with my second gameplay, I didnt catch simone and turned deviant, pressed the blue thing and never knew Hank son's and never easked about it, and I was never replaced.

@@misspsychoticbunny SPOILER: As I said, the replacement thing only happens if you remain loyal to Cyberlife (basically Amanda’s relationship with you will be at ‘Trusted’). As long as it stays like this till the end of the game, she will replace you with the newer, sleeker model. Easiest way to do this? Act like a machine at every turn. Catch all the deviants that you and Hank encounter. And especially don’t turn deviant when with Markus. That’s a very important detail. Also, make sure to terminate Markus and the rest of the Androids fighting for freedom to get this ending. The way that this happens is either on Jericho itself during the attack, or at a later point if for some reason both Markus and Connor survive the attack.

just a good advice for these types of games in general - if you have any "unlocked" options to choose, you should always prioritize them first because you might lose the chance to use them after you choose a normal one

I saw some of the old Mason Quinn peep through when he immediately was like THROW HIM IN THE FIRE! And I was like noooo, poor Ralph! 😭 After I played the highway scene, my heart was beating out of my chest and I knew I loved this game lol

Well, now we have most of Markus's deviation chapter filled out! Either Leo gets *hurt* or Carl dies. At least we got to see Markus's emotional tears and him call Carl dad? As far as Kara staying with Ralph, I was glad you met him last time but love that you actually stayed with him this time! The animosity for Ralph is actually really funny since he's one of the more beloved characters in the fandom. He really is a burnt cinnamon roll and a valuable ally (as long as you're nice to him, otherwise he could have immediately ratted Kara out to Connor). You could have also explored the kitchen (rA9 room) as Kara in both chapters you're in the squat and there's some interesting actions to be seen there

I loved all you guys celebrating Quinn's highway crossing performance. I was also very worried lol and despite missing two QTEs he still made it so great job lol. I have to say would have loved to see you guys see what happened when Connor pursued them on the highway cause if you thought what you got was epic and intense throwing Connor in the mix makes that sequence so much more awesome and intense lol but Im just glad everyone is still alive and glad you guys got to experience the House storyline. Can't wait for you guys to experience more new sections lol. This second run has been awesome and Oak constantly cracking up from Mason Quinns chaos demon gives me so much joy lol

Just because it's a hero run does not mean you have to be a goody two shoes in every situation in some cases you should make selfish decisions to help yourselves as long as it's necessary Dave has the right idea that maybe it would be nice to give alice the warm clothes and nice motel but obviously don't apply this to every situation remember balance is good!

If you are trying to go for the Hero Run, you can't be passive, you have to make choices that are gonna keep people (most importantly, the main characters and their loved ones) alive. That also means helping or sparing people who may be seen as a liability or doing some illegal things to survive*. Otherwise, you're gonna end back up on the bad ending path 😂 *THIS DOES NOT MEAN PICK REVOLUTION AT THE END. You can get a decent ending on that path, but it won't be the best ending

btw, i'm gonna tell u a thing that almost nobody knows about so u can try it (if u decide to do a 3rd run) - so on the first level, when you come out to talk to Daniel (the scene where he's about to jump with a little girl) there's a dead body on the left that you can walk to and interact while talking to daniel

in my opinion, the 5 things that a person must do in his life are: 1) Play "Detroit" (go through 3 times, the 1st time as it turns out, the 2nd time is ideal-peaceful and pacifist, the 3rd time is as aggressive as possible and where Connor does not become a deviant) 2) Play "Heavy Rain" 3) Watch "Attack on Titans" 4) Watch "Game of Thrones" 5) Watch "Breaking Bad " "Heavy Rain" is a game from the creators of Detroit, it is gorgeous, despite the fact that the graphics are outdated, but the plot is very interesting. And I'm interested to see the reaction of Oak, I think it will be touching. If you guys are going to play Heavy Rain, you should be as safe from spoilers as possible, because here, like nowhere else in the game, one small spoiler can destroy the entire game.
