I don't know if the D.va Goliath skins will necessarily block a Goliath hero. It just depends on whether or not they can find a kit that works. We have a Gul'dan skin for Azmodan, but still got Gul'dan later on. And I don't doubt that Blizzard will eventually give us a Blood Elf Spellbreaker hero, too, despite Johanna having such a skin.

Costin V 1 oh so a regenerating shield is consider as health now. Why didny my zul's health regenerates with lifesteal? 2 diff in purpose. Zul's one is circular cuz it needs u to hit it precisely with the crossing point. Fenix's one is circular cuz it wants you to keep the distance and sustaining dmg. 3 80% of basic attackers have so, or else why are they even using basic attack.

Uhhh not really. Fenix first says this in Starcraft (original) Episode 3; Mission 7 during the briefing. I've never heard him say it in SC2 though. Also it depends on at which point you in LotV you are referring to as he still went by Fenix until like at the end. Actually, I might have to restart the campaign and check if he's still gonna name himself as Talandar if you don't make any interraction with him. Since he does name himself as Talandar only by interracting with him between missions

Dragoons are tanks in the same way that siege tanks are tanks. They can shrug off stray fire, but they go down like the stock market once the melee line is gone.

Deckard would be a really cool hero, he would focus on buffing his team, by giving them quests and such. And he is very knowledgeable so he could grand bonus dmg vs some enemies or resistances to some dmg. And his heroic would be: _Stay a while and listen_ - Deckard will become rooted in place, stunning an enemy for an unlimited duration. 180s cooldown 200 mana

Oxygar8 that's like saying Abathur couldn't be in heroes cuz he isn't a warrior or a made... Flawed logic at its best. He would be Medivhish. Focusing on granting vision, group buffs and maybe some sort of lane focus that is unique to his character. OR they use young Deckard canine who was a badass explorer
