Great looks but lacks upgrade in technical aspect...... Still a great competitor with great service backup. Hero is Maruti in two wheeler when comes to its dealer network

If Hero would've given Dual Channel Abs, Fi, Liquid cooling, 6 gears it's not possible to keep the price under 1 lakhs. It would be even more expensive and won't be much value for money bike for most people.

After Karizma R this is a good design Honda came up with. This will be Hit in the market. Design looks great. Probably people can change the handle bar for a sporty bend ride. Looks good with performance as well.

Hi Jithin, I drove xtreme 200r for long ride trips n even other bikes too but I felt only power is less rather then that it had all +, Gives good mileage no problem. it is having single seat (no split) good for family person. Very well handling compared to others. Nice suspension. Being hero bike no tension of service n parts. Good for tight budgets families. Now getting full fairing added advantages grabs attention easily. Bluetooth / turn indication 👍. Etc

Hero we need 1. Engine that churn out around 22-25 bhp and 20 nm of torque 2. Top speed around 140-150 kmph 3. Price around 1.5 lakh All above in same xtreme 200s body. Because this bike needs better engine.

Gray and silver colours will look great on this motorcycle Change the handle bar with clipons Drill holes and fit fairing fitted mirrors and that's it it will look fantastic... In the course of time going with 110 section front and 140 section rear tyres makes it look even more aggressive ✌️✌️✌️

this seems...a lot like r15 v1. and she doesnt look as badly proportioned as in earlier firstlooks.. a note to hero.. if someone from your team is watching this n reading this.. you are starting to get back to good design after the honda split up for the first time. this is a good looking bike... i must say great looking bike when i remember the eric buell partnered karizma n older zmr.. its a good looking bike but its still an oldschool setup underneath. with this kinda design philosophy and good tech like 4 valve , liquid cooling , perimeter frame or even trellis, maybe even a slipper clutch. well i never thought id say this about hero. you have the best chance to topple all else..cause you can keep the prices in check... the service quality under check... with your vast network in this country... this could be a start of something. well its hero though... maybe all they wanted was get the gixxers piece of pie... but from that design i feel you took a closer look at r15 v1.. yam kinda lost it with v3 , itd never be as exclusive as the elder 2. now or never.. hero... that name kinda sucks though... maybe because of the image ingrained in our hearts... its a bicycle company.. its for rural india.. splendor .. splendor nxg, splendor plus, splendor classic, splendor 1 2 3 4 5 so on n so forth. times have changed.. we'd be glad if you could evolve as indias biggest manufacturer... we are juiced now by foreign corporates.. show em what you got.

What's the plus point of Hero 01. Tried and Trusted Engine . 02. Self Start with Kick start Battery down ? Who cares ! Just kick start 03. Central Stand : You're a mechanic geek ? Well the central stand is here . 04. Completely up right riding position. - Wola . A healthy back bone . 05 . Milegae : No problem 06. Bluetooth connectivity with turn by turn navigation: Keep your phone in your bag or pocket No other competing bikes have these much features

Bike looks proportionate but this cannot be a replacement for karizma. The other day, one xtreme 200r was parked just beside my Karizma R. If you compare the dimensions, xtreme 200s is much smaller in length, shorter in height with those 17’ rims and looks more like a 150cc to me. I wish hero brings out a bigger one as a replacement to Karizma.

Design is bit confusing..But still its OK..But the problem is its underpowered..Hero should have bumped the performance to give atleast 20bhp of raw power..They should also have increased the top end..Its just a 150 cc performance for a 200cc engine right now..At 98000 rs its a nice package even though the competition is far ahead atleast in performance..

Hero should have called it the 160 or max 180 and kept the car among the mice! By calling it The 200 it has set the cat skiing the dogs!! The dogs are Apache 200, pulsar ns200, pulsar 220F, fz250, Fazer 250 , some may also compare with R15 V2 if it is still on sale price wise.. hornet 160.. as well.. even fzs looks amazing... So.. hero .. style it like the concept HX 250 u show cased.. go old school.. twin headlight like ninja.. the tank looked great on HX.. oh did I forget the RS 200 which eats this for breakfast.. this has bad design.. headlight seems after thought! Wake up hero

This bike seems illogical when you compare with other 200cc bikes in the market. But you cannot avoid the fact that it actuallly competes with the gixxer SF and is much better and more vfm. The gixxer SF can easily cruise at 80-90 so this one should be able to do it more easily. The engine will not heat as it is superlow on compression.
