Great videos, thanks for uploading. At 2:52 you discussed a Battle Mage's even stats. I remember there are some special terrains (Cursed Ground = no spell casting, Enchanted Ground = spell power boost) so there's a few situations where a Battle Mage would be better off when combatting a Spellcaster or Non-Spellcaster on those particular terrains. Hope that makes sense:) All the best.

On this map there is really no excuse not to get it however 1. On many custom maps a lot of monsters are flagged to NEVER join you 2. Back when I used to play PVP ( very long time ago ) it was banned so I picked up a habit of not getting it.

Hi, I've never played any Heroes games before, but I'm interested. There's a discount for the complete edition at ~$5 at the moment. Would you suggest I get this or wait for the HD version coming out next month (with no expansions) which I'd imagine would cost at least $20? You did mention that you had trouble reading the small numbers.

I bought a complete edition i believe a couple of years ago. It also had HOMM 4 with all the expansions on the same disks. Both awesome games.

From what little I can glean about the HD version, it doesn't have any new content in it, except for some ( supposedly ) better graphics. It doesn't have the two expansions ( which add a LOT to the game IMO ). I'd go for the complete version for $5.

why is this gameplay so unrealistic? when I play it's hard to just get 5 in attack and at this point I would have 3 enemies camping my area looking to take over my towns 24/7 and having two guys behind them if the first fail to capture.
