Love your Heroes 3 vids, I watched you since way back. There is something really calming about your commentry and even though i love Playing HoMM 3 sometimes i just dont have the will to play harder maps and your playthroughs manage to scratch that itch.

Talking about Fire magic -- expert Blind is pretty underrated due to the no retaliation. It has a lot of cheese potential if you are facing a really strong single stack.

I’m curious how to take out the enchanter stack on day 4 if they don’t caste haste and charge your troglodytes. If they don’t randomly do so, they seem quite happy to obliterate the efreet sultans

Doesn't matter, you'll lose efreets but if you keep them back and advance the other troops then you shouldn't lose more then 2-3.

I've tried playing this map and got my ass kicked like 211 when a guy appeared with faerie dragons. I guess you kinda have to plan for stuff on this map and not just run around aimlessly. Can't say I'm a big fan of maps where you are basically machine learning every step necessary and avoid every point of failure. Hope it opens up more after pink is gone.

I think you can actually change the setting about hiring defeated heroes from the enemy. You have to change it from "0" to "1" in the launcher settings. Don't ask me how it was phrased tho, it's been a while since I last played Hota.

That's not the point, he is using it to negate enemy morale so he can't get screwed over by enemy getting an extra turn.
