@@shayaanansari9314 no mephisto didn't grant her any kids..What wanda did was she unbeknownst to herself used her chaos magic to create Billy & Tommy but the energy that she borrowed was actually from the soul shards of Mephisto...& Mephisto didn't like the fact she used his lost soul fragments to make the kids he wanted his soul back...that's why he sent his servant Master Pandemonium to receive them & the kids were sucked back into mephisto... but the hex magic altercation wanda used in the soul fragment was too much that mephisto got (temporarily) destroyed in the process & the souls of the kids got transferred to two different mortal parents & was reincarnated as Billy Kaplan & Tommy shepherd ...this is their origin story in the comics.

I hadn’t been overly enthusiastic about Wanda and Vision as characters until I had read The Visions (came out in 2016 I think) and that was one of the best comics I’ve ever read. I’m really excited to the spotlight on these two more, as I think they are both extremely compelling when written with depth.
