***** Keep on doing what you´re doing!! I know a bunch of very unique, good-hearted and mindful people (including myself) who truly appreciate what you are doing. From the very first videos all the way up now your style has changed, refined, the content and books you choose are so outstanding I could almost click blindly on each new video you upload now, cause I am developing a lot of trust in your personal growth path. I am into reading the entire collection by Villoldo… really great stuff. A big thank you from the other side of the world!!!

My grandfather died at the age of 82 in 1957 when I was 5 years old. One of the family stories we grew up with was that grandpa Barnes never had a days illness in his life and every morning he drank a cup of bacon fat for breakfast. This gave me a lingering doubt even despite all the heavy brainwashing of the sixties and seventies that fat is bad for you. My brother and I as adults were discussing this and we had a certain incredulity around this drinking a cup of bacon fat a day. We decided to check out this family story with my aunt and she confirmed that yes, he did. Back in 1952 82 was a very respectable age to reach. So I have never really believed that fat is bad for you, even in spite of all the programming and brainwashing around that.

Brian, This information is amazing, I have read the book and it truly makes sense. As I talk to others about this practice, I am challenged by the authenticity of Dr. Villoldo's illnesses. Is there any way to have outside verification of his diseases, or is there something already available I don't know about.
@HeroicBrian9 жыл бұрын
Angelica Costello I'm kinda confused. People question the authenticity of Alberto's diseases? Uh.... Really? That's just weird. :)
