So for the off tank and myself we only show tank combo it doesnt show Liquefy or Feasts

That's your add-on. Tank combonis always liquify then feast

I use bigwigs as my boss mod. Not sure which one you're using, but it might have a setting for that specific boss

The group I killed her with in this video has her on farm yeah. My guild group just got to her for prog for the first time this week.
