I just wanted to check in with all of you, let you know how I’ve been handling getting clean. Also I talk a little bit about relapse and power of your brain and talking to yourself.

Thanks for the videos , they help more than you know . I’ve just relapsed after 3 weeks clean … I got sick of been so depressed and hardly sleeping. I’m so ashamed of myself and terrified of going through withdrawals again! Hope that your doing well bro and thanks once again ❤️🙏🏽😊

Bro don't be so hard on yourself. These things happen if you fail it gives you insight/experience on how to do it differently. We all fail at some point but we try again. Go ask my family about quitting HAHAHA the millions of times, but sometimes your very successful it's for the best.

I love how you say "don't be so hard on yourself", because a lot of the time we are much harder on ourselves than we would be on anyone else. I mean, no sleep can literally kill a person, but this broh still thinks he should have endured it. Of course not man, how could you. And like the brother says, you learn. You pick up the pieces and go from there. And so you did! You're awesome!

What's the longest you have gone being clean?? I love your videos....I have gone down the withdrawal path way too many times now I'm many many years on Suboxone that keeps you from going through withdrawals but now I'm hooked on it....monthly trip to the Dr here in the States

Yea that’s exactly why I’ve never actually tried suboxone, I’m afraid I’ll like it too much n get hooked. Are there really withdrawals when u don’t take those pills? I completely understand. It’s not fun anymore and there is no real high. You take it as medication just to get thru ur day and deal with life and your responsibilities. I know the feeling of being stuck in a rut, in that cycle all too well hun, but you gotta keep wanting it until u do it. Keep reminding urself that when u get a chance , you’ll get off the gear. Maybe use a national holiday, or a long weekend as a chance to start the withdrawals

I heard about how it’s mostly fetty now and how strong n intense and dangerous it is in the US these days. Have you tried quitting but with meds? At least for the first 7 to 10 days?

@@toohardz counterfeit pills so it's heroin and fentanyl. I injured my back and was buying these under the impression they weren't fakes. Few months went by my back got better so I tried to quit. Withdrawal's were horrible so I asked my plug and he finally admitted there weren't legit oxycodone 30mg. That it was heroin pills. So now I use so I can function at work.
