Are you kidding they do it all the time. I would say 80% of the time actually. Trust me, they care more about their medical license then they do your well-being. I was hooked on painkillers for 5 yrs then heroin for 5. Been clean since 2014. Doctors are RUTHLESS if they suspect you have developed an addiction.

Reminds me of being addicted to smoking cigarettes albeit much less severe than what this guy was facing with heroin. You keep it a secret from everybody and even if you manage to go a month or more without a cigarette the thought of it still lingers on. You always feel like you are missing something from your day. And I think the thought of it and the urge will probably always linger on. But hey that's what I get for starting such a habit in the first place.
