@dancummane36682 жыл бұрын
What a waste. Children wouldn’t know what they’re eating. Secondly, no child deserves to eat food like this. Thirdly, get a job, you’ve too much spare time. Fourthly, this dish, tasty as it might be, is an utter environmental disaster. It takes the energy needs of a city to cook. Lastly, what the hell kind of world do u live in to be making food like this for 10 year olds? They just as happy eating their own boogers!!

I remember when i first saw this on the first ever TV in the 1930's. I decided to try this recipe and now for my 100th birthday i had that chicken which tasted absolutely delicious. I think it was worth the 90 years it took to prepare the chicken.

This should have been part of an ongoing Comic Relief sketch. Every year they could have come back to Heston still in the kitchen working away at the chicken. They could have raised millions 🤣🤣🤣

Amazing! I prepared my chicken as showed and finished it on my kamado barbecue at 60 degrees celsius. This is the best flavor and taste I’ve ever had with a chicken - even without a dry rub. Many thanks again mister Blumenthal!

Guys, this has been edited, so unfortunately some vital steps are missing, which is why you may not be achieving the same results. Here are the missing steps and ingredients: - After you rinse the chicken, you must sprinkle it with grounded lichens found only on top of Mount Everest. - While the chicken is resting, seek a blessing from the Pope (an Archbishop will not do) - note that the water in the sink is also holy water, something not specified in the video. - In order to remove the excess moisture and allow the chicken to crisp, it is essential to get the chicken exorcised with the whole ritual recited in ancient Aramaic. - The heat used to actually cook the chicken cannot be generated from normal flames or fire. You must heat the chicken with lava from the Vesuvius. Lava from the Etna is an alternative, though the chicken will end up having a more earthy taste. - Finally, garnish with algae collected from the abyss of the Mariana Trench. Wine pairing: 1688 Burgundy that has undergone transubstantiation by Pope Innocent XI.
