Isn't Hever the most lovliest of Castles, poor Anne, the men in her family carved out her future, they were ruthless. The rest is History. You couldn't have picked a more beautiful day to visit. It's incredibly peaceful ❤😊

I got married in the Loggia and had my wedding breakfast in the Boleyn Dining Room....it was just so truly awesome. Especially as it was totally not planned to marry there, but I was totally obsessed by Ann Boleyn and the Tudors during my youth. Glad you enjoyed yourself.

Stunning vlog thank you 👍. Visited there several years ago....had always wanted to go...with the lifelong interest in Anne Boleyn....it didn't disappoint 😊. Stayed just down the road at The Country Club....and did a bit of a road trip.....Chartwell, Winston Churchill's country home...still with the black swans on the lake...a gift from Australia 🦘...and his art cottage for his "black dog days".....Sissinghurst, home of Vita Sackville-West and her husband....superb tower rebuilt from the original old Elizabethan manor in the bottom part of the now garden and fabulous garden 🏡.... ironically she would have inherited the original family castle etc has she been born a boy 🤔... Brighton Pavillion....seaside home of The Prince Regent later George IV.....the chinoiserie is to die for....even palm tree pillars in the kitchen...Queen Victoria sold it to the local Council at the time citing it was too small for her brood...but stripping it of it's furnishings etc....and went and built Osborne instead.... HM The late Queen lent some of the original pieces back to help furnish it. Astor and Churchill used to visit....and write ✍️ letters to each other....also exchanging paintings....which Churchill didn't always sign...so sometimes his framer would do it....WSC. Have done both Windsor and Hampton Court...a couple of times....amazing! Enjoy 😊.

Great video Guys lve been to Hever Castle 5 times most recently month ago stayed in the Astor Wing B&B was lovely also done that Lake Walk enjoyed that The Henrt 8th pub just up the road is nice they do lovely food l never get tired of visiting Hever going again this Christmas 👌

It's a shame it was so busy when we went In April this year we had the place to ourselves. They did say they were making changes to reflect a better Tudor experience on the first floor. Having said that wow your video showed the gardens beautifully. I went to primary school in Dartford and a few from my school and others in the area were chosen to go and wave flags when Queen Elizabeth officially opened the QE2 bridge. It was a horrible cold day but we got some great pics of her 😊

Wow! This looks so beautiful. I am definitely putting it on my to do list. I'm waiting to see what you think of Kimbolton Castle. It's a private (public😂) school now. I lived just two villages along (Gt. Staughton) for a few years. You might find caravanners in the extended grounds.
