Was the third mouse in the raven Story bigger than the first two? Because sometimes birds use the technique of swallowing a small animal and regurtitating it multiple times to break it bones. Maybe it was too big and was easier to actually swallow with broken bones

It would be nice to see both Khezu and Zamtrios make their return to MH Wilds, especially Zamtrios, he hasn't been in Rise or Sunbreak, so seeing him in Wilds would be great.

Ol' Dede is by far one of my favorite characters in Stories/2, he lives in the springs, dines on Hot Spring Dumplings that's payment if you're not Avinia btw, doesn't elaborate and then leaves after fulfilling his desire to tell riddles. I also question why Josh said an IMMEDIATE yes to that voice- 16:06

11:44 seems to be a case of gameplay and story segregation, as outside of scenes that take place near stables or arenas (i.e. places where groups of tame monsters could live), cutscenes never depict Riders as having access to more than whatever monstie they are currently using. Having a team you travel with seems to simply be a gameplay element.

Yeah I mean given the lore for MH, and how utterly rare it is for a hunter tonbe above to fight an elder dragon....then a 12 yr old kid pulls up with 4 elder dragons ,a bloodbath, and rajang? Fucking hell, theyd think it was a declaration of war

23:30 The game doesn’t draw enough attention to it, but there is one text box that explains a monster that gives up a gene for channeling simply goes to live in the wild. Unfortunately the more often seen text box just says ambiguously that the monster used disappears or leaves you. Edit: ah good, they saw it.

I agree that a prospective Stories 3 should move away from another Rathalos-centric main Monstie. Yes, he's the franchise's flagship, yes he looks cool as hell on the cover art, but maybe they should do a little more of copying Pokemon's design and have you choose a Monstie at the start (Power/Speed/Technique, since the elements don't seem to be that big of a deal), and have a "rival" type character choose the one that would be your weakness, thus giving you someone to constantly test yourself against during your journey. They could always do the Cheval route of being some genocidal maniac or whatever, so it's more than some grumpy dork, but that way they could have three "special" Monsties with extra expressive art and be able to showcase at least two of them no matter the playthrough. Or just go straight "Here's your Velocidrome, good luck" and let you figure it out from there when it comes to better Monsties. Let the player make their "special" party on their own.

@sithdude2436 I know big fella, I also know that the lads have had early access to shadow of the Erdtree for a while and thought they would ride the hype wave right out the front. But to be fair, I'm in Oceania and FromSoftware is one of the companies that makes that one of rare occasions that gets to be a good thing via release times so we got access to shadow of the Erdtree about 8 hours ahead of elsewhere I think? The NDA may have still been in effect for the guys I'm not sure, I was playing Shadow when this came out and it felt odd was all I was saying.

Maybe some day, Josh will learn that he's entirely wrong about how Savage Deviljho comes about. Oh, I know! I'll comment about it each video and provide the name they should have for their inevitable Deviljho Monstie! Call it "Old Man Savage"! This is in reference to the fact that Deviljho who live for longer than they normally do lose control of their ability to feel full, meaning they'll eat endlessly and continuously convert it into energy, hence their permanently enlarged muscles as Savage Deviljho.
