Talking about collard greens while growing turnips....reminds me of a guy that wanted to complain to me at tbe buffet back home in the southeast. Enormous man in his church Sunday best. "Young man, you the manager? I need to talk to you about them collard greens. They ain't right. Either you buyin em wrong, season em wrong, cookin em wrong, servin em wrong, I don't know what you doin wrong but they ain't RIGHT and they ain't GOOD! ". "Sir, those are turnip greens." "Turnips?
