Look up stretches for your hand (it’s same as for guitar so there will be a lot more that shows up if you search guitar stretches) and also look into finger strengthening tools at music stores. It’s a strength and flexibility thing that just takes time, you would get it over time just by playing but if you use those tools it will go even quicker! 😋
