Last May my family spent a few days at Seaside just south of Astoria and spent a day touring a maritime museum and the fun, goofy Oregon Film Museum. That coastal area is perfect for a weekend getaway.

Just found your channel. Searching for the Norwegian fjord ferry trip we hope to take in 2026. Saw your video on Astoria Oregon. We lived there for 45 years. Loved it. Had a beautiful view of downtown, river, and the column. One of our sons still lives there. We are now retired to Arizona.

I love this video. My brother and family live in the area and Astoria is a cool old town. I've been to that first brewery and loved the views of the water out the big windows. Seaside is a cool beach town just down the road. The beach is considered a highway so it was a trip driving on it. Oh and I'm old enough to love the movie Goonies!
