I was one of those who got stuffed on $ by ITH. It's time to join the class action lawsuit 👍. I tried warning people over and over again, only to be put i YT "time out" numerous times. I'm hoping people wake up...

@@quietbynature2064in a recent video by ITH, there's a comment from a senior lady who bought a TH just this March. She said she hasn't been answered via email or phone calls. They don't answer inquiries as to when her house build will start. She's old (70+) and her post had a lot of sadness & disappointment and she doesn't know if she'll ever have a tiny house or be refunded! Poor lady - she's not alone. I saw other clients who said they paid last year and no news of when their house will be built. A sad affair...

Yep, i saw that today. It's amazing that people WILL start to believe things when certain people come forward, guess i couldn't be believed by some, but that's ok. I say, the truth always comes out in the end!!! Sad but true. I'm a pretty good judge of character, i had a "feeling" when i first came down here with my mom, that randy and Amanda were fake. I just sense things about people, but i was happy that my mom was happy. And i do love tiny homes!!

@@italian_grl You know...this may have been a blessing to you that you left when you did. Who knows what is going to happen to his business and the land he owns with all of these ITH homes on them. In the near future, all of these people may be searching for a place to put their homes on or a place to store them. You may have very well been the lucky one of all these people. Take care!

Camden, Maine is a great place. Spent 2 weeks all along the east coast, starting at Old Orchard Beach. Portland has an old town with bricked streets and cute shops on the water. Just outside of there in Cape Elizabeth, is the famous Portland Head Light, the oldest lighthouse in the state. I would think the most photographed one as well. Kennebunkport has whale watching and again lots of shops. Other highlights: Belfast, Bar Harbor, Boothbay Harbor, Freeport with LL Bean. So much! One of my favorite places to go to is Savannah. A nice short trip west on 40 is to head to Crossville and drive 127. They used to do the Worlds Longest Yard Sale along there, they had done it in August I think. Not sure if they still do. And not far is Fall Creek Falls State Park, which is very nice. Tennessee has a lot to offer. I once Googled best towns to live in, in TN and Kingsport was one high on the list. Its not far from you and looks very charming. Good luck.

Yes, it can be. I'm careful of what deliveries i take. I watch how many miles I'll go and i don't take crappy paying orders, and i always check the house, road, before going. I like to do shop orders. It really depends how well people tip too.

Here is a heads up concerning your nemesis lol they are proposing a new community in Dunlap trying to promote how wonderful it's going to be. Things they are sure not to speak about is how close it is to a nuclear power plant 😮 and sequachie rock quarry which they blast to make more rock 😮. They are offering a sale opportunity that is great until you know what you are really moving to!

Come to Hilton Head in October. It’s perfect weather as long as we don’t have a hurricane. lol It’s usually in the mid 70s. Savannah is only about an hour away. It is a beautiful city.

I liked Savannah, just maybe don't go in the middle of summer; it's sweltering hot. New England is so beautiful; I remember road trips as a child/young adult. I'd love to visit the Oregon coast...I don't remember your other questions, LOL. Glad your side hustle is going okay!

@@italian_grl exactly! A friend and I were actually on our way to Tybee Island, but we stopped for a bit, then during our stay on the island, we took another trip in to Savannah for some sightseeing.

Tha weather has been wonderful! But … I have been sick with a sinus infection! Starting to heal … on antibiotics …went to urgent care and they loaded me up on shots and pills … then still had a head full of stuff … so went to my family doctor (had an appointment with her anyway and she gave me a steroid shot … must of been powerful … didn’t sleep for 32 hours straight! And of course antibiotics! I just hate to get sinus infections … but do at least twice a year! Nice seeing you and Kody and so glad your job is going well! Take care and love ya both! 🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️❤️🇺🇸🇺🇸🌹

Ughhhh I'm so sorry!! Trust me when i say i know how u feel . I too get sinus infections, a lot! They suck. I have found when i stay on my allergy meds all year, don't miss one day, i do ok. Usually. And, on Allegra,i take the generic. Anyways, i hope you get to feeling better soon!! It's definitely no fun. U take care!!! ❤️🤗

@@italian_grl I take two allergy pills plus Flonase … all prescriptions every day! I started trying to build my immune system … and that helps as it doesn’t go to my chest! I just have to take it easy and take my meds and pray with meds and vitamins and rest … I will over come! It’s usually twice a year … especially when Spring comes with Pollen! My doctor’s office called today and when I went in for check up plus my sinuses … she did blood work … now I am border line diabetic … WHAT? I am so disgusted! I think they make it up! lol 😂 I have high Triglycerides and now this! Have to cut sugar for both! I already am … 🤣 And … listen to this … I have all my life been tall … 5’9 1/2” … now I am 5’6” … I have shrunk … I lost 4 pounds! Of course … I admit I was a lil overweight … 162 to 158 now! I am going to try to walk as much as I can … but have a bad knee! Are you depressed yet? lol I am a mess! 🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️❤️🇺🇸🇺🇸

I like your ideas for travel, if you ever get to Denver CO go check out Golden, haven't been there in years but it is a cute town, lived in Denver 3 months, also go to Red Rocks Amphitheater it is beautiful. Thanks for the ideas, we don't travel much anymore, stay safe 😊

Maine is full of great little towns. Must see places are: Cadilac Mountain to see the sun rise first in USA and Bar Harbor quaint ocean front town and the seacoast town of Ogunquit which has a walkway along the ocean with benches to take breaks on. Plan on staying in a smaller area away from these spots which are expensive for hotels and food. New England is expensive for hotels, food and gas.

Pls let your dog drink himself silly if he wants to. Mine did too, I told the vet, she said to never restrict their water. He ended up having the start of kidney disease after having labs drawn. He has now passed @ 16yo from the kidney ds., so heartbroken. Just noticed this conversation on some video from your previous videos.

Kody has always drank like that since a puppy and we asked the vet back then... he said, he likes water! Like all Goldens like to drink! The thing is, he won't drink like that until i go to get on camera. Every single time. He'll be sleeping and he hears me talking to the camera and he has to get up and drink. Pretty smart🤣😂🥰

Hey Gordon, I have posted about this already on this video x 4 and all have been deleted so far. ITH or someone affiliated with them must be stalking her channel. I would think youtube will get after them pretty soon for reporting a benign post. Melissa was SO right!!!

If one posts on ITH’s YT page, all negative comments are deleted. One might be able to see their post, but no one else can. They absolutely HATE comments that call them out. Amanda is the one who censors replies.

It's sad for all of the folks who have spent their hard earned money to buy these homes and so sad for the folks that have spent their money and perhaps never see their home built and then never get their money back either. No one wins this one.

I lived in NH for years. Camden and Stowe are good choices, but don't leave out NH (Littleton, Lincoln, Conway just to name a few).

Is that some kind of grocery delivery in TN? I've never heard of it. I'm only familiar with GrubHub and DoorDash, I don't use them, but a friend of mine in PA does and she loves them. Enjoy your time off when you take it, I'm sure it's well deserved. Btw, hopefully that pkg is from me, the msg. I got was that it was being held, I'm assuming at the post office and wasn't sure how often you checked your box. You and Kody stay safe and I'm happy that you have each other. I don't think it was from you... it said someone else on the other package. I don't get to go every day to the post office since it's 25 mins from here. I will check there tomorrow though when I'm doing orders. And yes, Walmart spark delivery is what i do! I actually like the shop orders now. I've been doing pretty good!!! Have a great night! 😊
