Wonderful! Thank you!! I just made Shake & Bake tonight and it's SO expensive now and it doesn't cover more than 3 pieces of chicken!

Making this right now! Went a little wild and added some extra seasonings I have handy. I’m excited!! Only think I don’t have is the Panko. I’ll report back!

Hey there! I first of all apologize to you for the late response, I have been ill, doing much better and trying to catch up LOL I hope you liked it! The Panko is great for added crunch, but a secret is, just double the bread crumbs. It will be tasty still! This recipe is very forgiving. I am sure that you know that now, since I am so late answering LOL I do appreciate your comment so very much, please let me know how you liked it. I make huge batches of it and it keeps REALLY well in an airtight container! :D

I prepare mine a bit differently. I do not add oil to the mixture. I coat one side of the breast with olive oil then lay it on the coating mix covering the bottom.. Then I lay the breast on the cooking pan. Then I brush the tops with olive oil then sprinke the mix on top of the breasts.

If you don’t mind me asking, does it need and modify if I’m going to use it for pork chops?

Do you have a recipe for the BBQ seasoning?
@Hedy Жыл бұрын
Hey there, I apologize for just now seeing your question. I have been dealing with several health issues. I am much better and trying to get back at it. To answer your question, I was surprised when I saw your question, would you believe that the BBQ version of S&B is one of the recipes that I have been working on and off with? So no, not yet. Please stay tuned, as soon as I feel it is very very close I will share in a video! :D

if you use an airfryer, bake 14 minutes @ 400 F. I cook boneless, skinless chicken thighs this way and they're delicious. Be sure and turn halfway through to make sure they're done.

kraft and others have put the same stuff in bigger/huge boxes for 3x the price now....i make my own now...greed is out of control....they will buy the bread crumb companies, if they dont already own them and do the same....so homemade breadcrumbs are next

How long this last?
@Hedy6 ай бұрын
Hello there, it is listed in the recipe in the description box, In an airtight container it is at least 3-6 months, though if kept in a very good airtight container (that has a gasket in the lid), it will last much longer. I usually make very large batches so I keep some in my freezer as well and I have had it last at minimum, for a year.
