I LOVE LFG on you. Gucci was honest when we said all colors are universally flattering as when you tried on each color, they all worked. Nothing looked too cool or too warm. I own Minx and my thoughts in the first 3 days of wearing was that my lips were too dry. Especially along the lip line. However, as the week progressed my lips became smoother and softer and in better condition. My lips are in better condition, cushiony soft, even after removing. I hope that people do not throw in the towel after the first day thinking they are drying as that really is not the case. In my experience the skin actives in the formula are working to better condition the skin. Like when you first try a retinol or other skincare ingredient when there is a few days of flaking but then days later skin is smoother and healthier. There is no going back for me.. this is THE lipstick I have been wanting for a very long time. A true makeup/skincare hybrid.

Hi, I just ordered Minx! It took me four weeks to decide on the shade. I was debating between Je Reve, Minx, and Pique. I decided Minx would be nice for the summer. I do hope it's not too light and that it won't wash me out. If you don't mind me asking what color is your complexion? I am a weird olive situation, which is why I was nervous ordering sight unseen, but fingers crossed.

@@anafeller4069 I purchased Minx and honestly I am not pleased with my purchase. I exfoliated my lips and added a light lip balm as she directed and once applied it just sort of tinted my lips and after a few minutes all of the color was around the outline of my lips and bleeding through the lip line. I love the makeup line and have many of her products so I'm a bit disappointed. I will not purchase this again.

@@anntravis4054 Oh no! I'm sorry. This is the only makeup brand I use, so that is disappointing. I'll see when my lipstick arrives if I'll keep it. What do you think of the color, though? I am light - medium olive (warm). The reviews of these lipsticks have been split down the middle between the people who love them and those who hate them. Very interesting.

Love the LFG on you! I also received my LFG a few days ago and you are right, it's not a flat matte. I actually found it more of a creamier finish of Lisa Eldridge's Skyscraper Rose.

This is one of the reviews that are quite accurate with the color portrayal and the wear of the lipstick. I got Je Reve and got her duo lip balm to test out the application and thus far. I can wear the lipstick without using the lip balm; but, I made sure my lips are prep for a matte lipstick :) Thank you for the awesome review! I really love the WA’s products and my least liked product would be the compact lip suedes but good thing she came out with the bullet form ❤

Thank you so much for posting this video regarding Westman Atelier, your review was very helpful and the post comment was also insightful. The Sephora sale is about to happen and I have been eyeing these lipsticks for a few days. There are only 2 unincentivized reviews on these lipsticks and they were given 3 stars so I was kind of hesitant to buy them. However after your honest review I think I will take the plunge and buy a few when the sale starts. You did a great job and you looked STUNNING in all of the colors , lucky you :).

Also, I would be curious to get your opinion on the Dior Nuit blanche velvet color sets vs. the WA lipstick? are they similar in texture? which ones do you prefer and why? (I am contemplating the Nuit Blanche collection but I have most of the WA and if you think they are similar...then I might pass on CC). I love many of the WA products, particularly the blushes and bronzers. I ordered two of the lipsticks and have to admit that I was disappointed. They were very dry and slightly gritty on my lip as they dried down. I did apply a balm and still was not impressed. I also don’t feel that I should need a two step process. The packaging was lovely. The lipstick case area to turn the lipstick up was very small. If it was slightly taller, it would be better and prevent chipping into the lipstick. Colors were beautiful though.
