Good Morning Crystal! Thank you for sharing! My first thought was solenoid or starter. Those jump starters are amazing tools, I definitely need one. Some solenoids are separate from the starter, others are integrated or mounted on top of the starter. It looks like yours is mounted on top but it's part of the starter (not replaceable by itself). A new starter is likely the fix. You're amazing in attempting it yourself. Talk about an over achiever Crystal! 😊 I'm not sure how accessible the starter on your GMC Chevy Van, but definitely have a look! 😉 Love your videos girl!!! 😉❤️

You will lose battery power if your alternator is bad. Sounds more like a starter issue to me.😢😢
