Hamas clearly stated that they are looking forward to having Jerusalem as a part of the Palestinian state. Thus, Israel has plenty of legal reasons to legally move Palestinian settlers from Israeli territories such as Samaria and Judea, in order to prevent a forced annexation and establishment of Palestinian settlers in Jerusalem, or in Samaria and Judea. Samaria and Judea have to be governed by Israel since they are historically lands owned by the Jews, and not simple real estate properties subject to dispute between Israel and Arabic countries. So the result of this so called cease fire is that Hamas has grudgingly given back some of the hostages in return for hundreds of their mates, and have every intension of keeping up the war. The ONLY way to stop the tactic of hostage taking as a bargaining tactic is to treat the hostages as casualties of war, and are already lost. ( as is the case here, many of those taken have been killed in captivity ). The focus should be on stepping up the efforts to neutralise the hostage takers. As hard as that is for the parents of hostages to deal with, it’s the same for any soldier killed in battle, their families have to accept the consequence of war and having to fight an enemy that wants your destruction.

And why can't (won't ?) The other Arab nations allow these poor people to relocate in their countries to become a part of their peoples ?
