D'rinn must have some Terran genetics....sweat, adrenaline. Now that the Ship's AI and D'rinn have Terran glyphs, wouldn't it be wise to learn what they mean, as in learn the language or at the least, Seriph can translate. Pretty good story, a departure from most of the repetitive story lines seen so far. D'rinn should probably start developing some depth to his character soon. Let's see Bolt get some repair upgrades. Question: Why can't Bolt interpret the Terran glyphs? He can communicate and process information plus the obvious fact he's a Terran construct. The author needs to get these little progressions figured out.

Great story! Who ever is doing AI pics for the video should make the "glyphs" just common English printing and standard warning symbols. Also all the temps and short distances should either be in metric or a made up system of units.

no wonder humans vanished, their targeting systems are equal of Star Wars Empire ^^ also Ascension incomplete ? hrhrhr imagine, you prepare your species for ascension and calculations missed a decimal maybe they had an AI with a longterm hidden goal ^^ taking care for humans of both targeting and asscention calculations hrhrhr
