Fun fact: GN Archer used to be the GNY-0042-874 Gundam Artemie which was piloted by Hanayo, a character from the side story Gundam 00P and 00F. It was put in storage by Ian Vashti after the battle with Beside Pain that damaged it. The data collected from the Artemie is later used to make the Nadleeh Akwos before the whole damaged Gundam is transformed by Sherilyn Hyde into the GN Archer we all know.

interesting fact about the gn archer, the reason behind its design having a 'oversized head' and the transformation basically being lie it on its stomach and hide it under the vehicle mode is because the archer was never intended to be the archer: it was originally supposed to be the 5th gundam meant for the season 1 interventions, but was put into storage because of reasons relating to the innovades(read the wiki/sidestory for more). it was never intended to transform, so making it into a support unit required concealing it's 'gundam face' with the helmet, and giving it a way to transform without rebuilding the frame, since at the time they were facing budget cuts it has a more 'feminine' look because its original intended pilot was a girl

Tbh, I reaaaaaally want it. I’ve only been disappointed by one HG00 kit and that was the OverFlag. I view this in a similar way as Seraphim. Like, I don’t expect anything revolutionary, or mind blowing, but tbh, as long as a build is SOLID (especially when they’re cheap), I can get over a lot! Thank you so much for all of your reviews!

It's not a bad little kit, although I am planning on swapping out the large binders on the back for wings at some point. Just not a huge fan of the bulky binders

I'm thinking the wings from the Lightning backpack Mk III from Build Fighters might look cool on the GN Archer, that or the wings from the 30 Minutes Missions air fighter. It's just such a fun little kit that begs to be customized in some way. Maybe it's just that for simpler builds I always feel the urge to do a little extra

This was actually the second kit that I built (The first one being the Arios) and they really got me into the hobby. I was a fan of transformers, so getting two transforming kits was awesome. I went and built them immediately that Christmas morning.

A cool thing to know, the reason why the GN Archer has Gundam eyes under the visor is that the GN Archer is actually a rebuilt Gundam, specifically the Gundam Artemie

The normal Arios is fine. Don't actually need to get GNHW ver. Also Mecha forgot to mention that GN Archer got special adapter for docking on HG Arios.

It's just full of rotate parts and some extension on the legs. Only thing that need to remove and reattach is the back skirt. So a painted Arios kit won't be affected that much

This video made me realize how different the god hand nippers are compared to the other nippers that some other gunpla asmr youtubers use, because when they clip their parts with the other nippers it gives that crunchy sound but the god hands that he uses has more of a smooth and silent sound.

I think they fix the issue with the transforming zeta in that model. By making the Booster Packs the main body and the MS just a the bare min/max design like a compact GP03 Stem That transforms into a mini mobile armor Dendrobium.

Btw mr gaikotsu the attachment for the binders is a sliding thing which means you can use it with either the try burning, build burning, schwaritzer gundam and the denial are all compatible with those binders

Just like with Kyrios, Arios, and Harute, the cockpit is in the chest. The part on the back-pack is a "sensor". The O-Raiser's orange clear part is also it's sensor, the cockpit is further back.
