This video showed how seriously the sushi chef and owner handled the sushi perfectly with a hair-splitting attitude. I didn't know this before because the ones I've seen at most sushi restaurants in America aren't as serious as what I've seen here. It's the difference between day and night. Worth the price for such a great sushi restaurant. The only disappointing aspect of this video was that the sushi chef was only seen treating the interviewer, rather than witnessing actual customers during business hours.
