Nice kitchen/awkward dining. Nice master bath, awkward master bedroom. I'm generally a fan of open plan but I find I'm tiring of living rooms that just "float" in the space or are in the middle of traffic flow.

I remember going to Lowes and purchased a vanity sink on sale. The fixtures for the sink was $300. When the sink was $50 on sale
