I love how you try to restore these homes to their former full glory, even though maybe at times you won't make the absolute profit you had hoped for, but you are so invested in bringing these homes back to life as they were intended to be in the first place. People who owned these places and are long gone, no doubt are smiling down on you guys! Preserving History, and even seeing a glimpse of History in these places, even though they have maybe been turned into less than that, is what makes you guys so successful! there is nothing more important than to preserve and teach those who don't know much about History, or their city's History or why people chose to build the way they have than to restore as much as possible, with a modern twist the way you guys do that! History, in any form, should should be taught and remembered! some of your homes give a glimpse as to why and how they were built. they have a rich History and I love it!
