I love this show! I love the Jenny and Dave. I love their designs! However, it seems like they could repurpose the cabinets and other things and keep it out of the landfill! Maybe even cabinets in the garage, something! Just my opinion. Love them, though!!

The exterior is improved now that the cloying details are gone. Not a fan of crushed gravel as part of the design scheme. The view to the outside is improved there, but the living/dining space fails to soar in this instance. The one door opens the wrong way and blocks traffic flow. Back yard is super, front and backyard space could have used bioswales. A 'speakeasy' will detract from resale, feels like a disappointing use of space. The laundry and entry are great. Kitchen's use of space is better, got rid of cloying details, hate the dinky blacksplash.

Great unless he gets married again and some woman moves in with 2 or 3 little kids and declares that 'it's all wrong' and needs to be remodeled - or worse, that they need to move to a new house lol. If he does get married again hopefully chooses an 'empty nester' with grown kids.
