Awesome blindside reverse, I'd have been proper sweating. Good point about cab security, stolen phones can be made useless but the chavs know some of our satnavs are expensive and worth money, easily re-sold. If you're doing curtains, paperwork, fuel, etc they can be in the cab and gone before you know it. My own thing with security seals is take a pic on my own phone of it going on and again when it's coming off. Just covering my back. Another thing I was taught is if you're away from the truck on a 30min break etc always check the seal, fuel cap, adblu cap, etc for any sign of tampering even at services. A 2min check in pissing rain beats a hour's questions in the office

Some good points there mate, it's a shame now days people will rob you in broad day light when you less than 10 feet away. Some areas in tgis country really have gone rotten 😕

@@truckitprayle yeah some areas are notorious for slashed curtains and fuel theft, some thieves just randomly try services etc for unlocked cabs on breaks, it happens to cars outside shops FFS. My view is if it's locked they'll go try something easier and leave you alone.

You can't park up north or southbound on A1 between Doncaster and Grantham in layby they will have your fuel.If you lock fuel cap they will rip out sender unit putting on another £300 on bill.Police ain't caught no one just put signs to say fuel theft is rife

@@truckitprayle Nowadays people have a grand's worth of tech in their pocket or leave it in the vehicle, they wouldn't leave a grand cash there but get complacent with phones. I want to design a phone case with '£1000 to Replace' on it, to remind people.
