The reason why hand pounded recipes taste amazing is becoz the ingredients release its natural oils, juices and flavor. Also as its slow process all ingredients blend beautifully. Mixture grinder simply cut the food, mix it and make a paste.

I am shocked at his delicious and supremely healthy recipes. All of these can easily be used in day to day cooking. I want to move away from wheat and corn. Chef Kunals recipes allow me to do that in a healthy and tasty manner. Keep it up please. Please keep coming up with these innovative recipes.

Just made for breakfast Chef. They are delicious cheelas/ dosas! Not dry and hard at all (like chana dal vadas become) , but rather, crisp, soft and moist. They spread easily on our iron tava too. Please show us gluten-free options too, which use millets like jawar, ragi instead of wheat rava. Today’s breakfast was a hit! Thanks Chef❤❤❤

You will know when to flip when you see brown circles emerging where dowa surface is a little thin, indicating that the bottom side has browned. Reddish brown would be just right.

Chef, you correctly prononce dosa like South Indian ,all north Indian prononce dosa differently , nice to hear south Indian pronounciation ,we south Indian are very much fond of dosa, like north Indian like Paratha We do dosa of many by mixing different ingredients as you people prepare paratha by mixing different ingredients

Bhai ji, bahut badhiya recipe. Chuttney bhi laajavaab, jarur dish try karenge. Ek suggestin dene ka dil ho rahaa hai..gas ka burner theek karavaayiye. Gas ki flame se lagataa hai ki gas kachchaa jal rahaa hai. Sahi taraha ki flame bilkul Blue hoti hai, aap ke gas burner ki flame jyaadaatar yellow dikh rahi hai. Dhanyavaad.
