Can Hiatal Hernia cause pain in the upper Center left Abdominal (about 2 inches below the sternum to the left), the pain also radiates to the back and when severe can also cause nausea - usually happens after prolong sitting in a poor posture curved forward position working on a computer on a desk for long hours. I ask as these exercise seem to relief the pain. Thanks

First of all, thanks for this video and your other videos. I have been on Omeprazole which I deeply regret for 9 days now. I wish I had watched this before the doctor gave me that prescription. Can PPI meds make things worse? I hope to start tappering off at the 21 day mark.

Most likely it will not help you. It’s more for type 1 and some type 2 cases.
