The bent spoon technique is dangerous. The best way is drink a glass of water and do heel drops every morning for a couple of minutes then follow with diaphragm exercises. To control acid reflux and that is coming up through the esophagus drink apple cider vinegar at least a tablespoon in a glass of water and that will help the esophagus sphincter to close. Last lose excessive weight and stop snacking.

I would like to see this procedure done on a woman. This sounds amazing and I live in Boston and I’m considering coming to you. Is there anyone in Boston who does this? Is this procedure necessary for what my doctor calls a small or tiny hiatal hernia?

I can feel Costco in my shoulder blade too? And radiate to chest. It's only one sided also hurts neck. I have Costco but can never tell when the chest pain is from it. This seems to be stuck in shoulder blade and going to chest.

@SupremeODMG yes as I habe mentioned that costochondritis and thoracic pain (model back) go hand in hand. That's why chiropractic is the best modality for this condition.

Hi, I know I’m really late responding to this, but I have an extremely important question. I feel like I could probably ask my doctor, but I want to ask you instead. I had scoliosis surgery about 10 years ago, and now I have two metal rods and 26 screws in my back. Even though the scoliosis is corrected, I’ve experienced some nerve pinches and similar issues. I know that having the surgery-and still technically having scoliosis even though it’s corrected-can make things like this more likely. In mid-June this year, I developed costochondritis, but I didn’t know that’s what it was at first. Initially, I thought I was having a heart attack and went to the ER. It scared me so much that I changed my diet and tried everything to fix it. At first, the ER told me I had rhabdomyolysis (because my muscle tissue was breaking down), but I had just finished a workout and was using a pre-workout drink at the time. Since then, I’ve stopped drinking caffeine or using anything like that. The question I want to ask is: Could having had scoliosis surgery make me more susceptible to developing costochondritis? I’m 20 years old, and I was working out, eating healthily, and taking care of myself when this happened. It took a long time for us to get the correct diagnosis. My parents and I went to multiple doctors before one finally did a breast exam and determined it was costochondritis. Before that, we had already done an MRI, an EKG, an echocardiogram, and other tests, which confirmed nothing was wrong with my heart. However, I was still feeling chest pain and discomfort until we figured it out.

@Lavcat2023 the surgery does not CORREacT scoliosis. Of you had an xray done today, you would still habe a lateral curve to your spine. Get an xray and you will see exactly what I'm talking about. I also habe done plenty of videos on costochondritis and scoliosis, so the answer is yes

Also, what is the specific name of the cold laser therapy you’re using? Where I live we don’t have a lot around here… I did soft wave therapy, which was extremely painful and after five sessions did not seem to help and I did the infrared beds and I ordered a mat for home which is supposed to have infrared to lay on, but not sure if that will help but… Very curious about the cold therapy to make sure I get the right thing. Again, maybe a trip to Nyc first to get more info would be a good idea!

Aloha I came across 1 & bought it @ goodwill and thru trail an error & common sense I don't hold it 1 spot infact wen I worked on my hubby he said he felt like inside he got a 3rd degree burn. so I notice it's so strong that it's getting deep inside & it's best to move it at a slow past, if u can do sections at a time never 1 spot u will feel a big differenceand pain will be lessened. I do know if I work on different areas within 30 minz blood is moving, a pain has for sure disappeared or diminished big time. I do appreciate wat info was given. Mahaloz. If u have money to spare, it's so worth it, and I love seeing family tell me what da heck my pain is almost not even noticeable or even there. my machine is an 808 laser diodes, and 650nm diodes comes with a green lens glasses to protect ur eyes. I scored and so happy someone else didn't like this item. I love it.

Thanks for your videos I'm wondering if opening up the chest with stretches like the Scorpion in ballet is too much pressure on the chest or is it good I'm not sure how much is okay to extend the chest and back I know that in your videos you say not to do chest exercises and do more back exercises but I was wondering about the stretches that open up the chest if you have the flexibility if it's okay to do deep stretching when you Costco chondritis. We do a lot of backbends in ballet and I'm not sure whether that is too much on the chest

Well they didn't do an endoscopy just wrote down medicine and sent me home, I'm just finding out stuff from online. It was really bad I don't have anything in my throat but the opening is my stomach is the worse and when it acts up it feels like I've been electrocuted, and just burns whenever it feels like it. Even small amount of boiled chicken makes it act up. The medicine helps but it really is hell.

Appreciate the breakdown of the various plans, and including Advantage PPO plans in the comparisons (many presentations omit mentioning PPO plans). One correction, though, would be many Advantage plans, whether they are HMO or PPO, will be zero deductible for medical services. There will be patient copays for services, though. Many Advantage plans are also zero premium, although you still have to pay the Medicare Part B monthly premium.

@Synergywellnessny Good explanation of symptoms but you missed a few. Some are based on the severity of the tightness. It would also beneficial to address the differences in between iliopsoas tendonitis and iliopsoas syndrome. The illopsoas tendonitis builds up over time and symptoms are generally felt in the groin, hip, buttock, hamstring, and the anterior thigh that extends only down to right above the knee. Whereas iliopsoas syndrome comes about suddenly and the symptoms include everything the tendonitis has plus pain in the lumbosacral region, lower to mid back and occasionally the thoracic and cervical areas, along with the unusual feeling of rib flare. Most physicians will completely misdiagnosed or underdiagnose either condition. The thomas test is performed to check for psoas tightness, but to get either iliopsoas tendonitis or syndrome confirmed your physician will need to perform a lidocaine challenge test into iliopsoas bursa. Having these conditions can be devastating if not properly treated. If OMT, physical therapy, and cortisone injections fail to relieve the symptoms then you can explore the surgical option of iliopsoas tentomy which lengthens the iliopsoas muscle.
