So where can I get this tool? I have a hernia that my chiropractor found, and they would just adjust it. I see a chiropractor that only uses the activator, with no physical manipulations. I sneezed and I got a muscle spasm and it was bad after that. I had to keep working on it and that was a few weeks ago. Prior to that I had a stomach bug for about a week. However, I have had an adjustment and it was better. This has been challenging few weeks.

you are talking about the abdominal aorta. 2 fingers of the middle on the left, where you pressure , i have constant pain what feels like a pulling muscle with hard pulsations. the pain goes all the way to the left as a muscle in my left side is in extreme tension or pression . nearly impossible to walk with this muscle tension on the left. it is scary. Even when i lay down. i have a second degree scoliosis ,convex to the right. could i be informed when the self doing tool come out. Thank you soo much.

I have a symptomatic 2cm hiatial hernia,I have spine fractures from t11 to l5 and sacrum and sacroiliac joint problems.I also have nerve entrapment, spinal stenosis, osteopenia,asthma and type 2 diabetes, I also have hyperparathyroidism and blood pressure issues.I am stuck eating porridge and vegetables as I don't know what to eat to control my acid reflux,I get belching,hiccuping,feeling as though something is stuck in the throat and minor throat swelling,I also feel as though I get short of breath and can't sigh properly.Would this work for me and is it safe for people in my condition.

I always walk pressing my stomach in because I hurt all the time. On top of everything I have a swollen esophagus, neuropathy and inflammation. I get no breaks and am tired because of the stress. Pressing helps some.

For those who are getting more belch,gas,pain in upper abdomen, uncomfortable whole day, bekch stuck in chest etc don't worry wait for 15 days just take pentosec or razo d you will be fine. You might be overthinking Note (i was not having acid reflux or acidity)
