Hello☺Thank you for watching my video.
Today I made a baked cheesecake with a fresh lemon flavor.
Cheesecake is baked at a high temperature for a short time, so the center becomes melted and smooth like a rare cheesecake.
The standard for baking is to shake the entire mold so that the batter in the center shakes.
It is recommended to refrigerate overnight before eating rather than freshly baked☺.
▷Ingredients (15 cm):
400 g cream cheese
100 g cane sugar
1 whole egg
2 egg yolks
Lemon zest, grated
1 tbsp lemon juice
200 ml heavy cream
▷How to make:
1. Bring the cream cheese to room temperature, add cane sugar and mix until smooth.
2. Add the egg yolks and whole eggs and beat until blended.
3. Rub the surface of the lemon with salt or baking soda, wash and pat dry. Add the lemon zest and lemon juice.
4. Add the heavy cream in two parts.
5. Line a mold with a cooking sheet, pour in the cheesecake mixture, and bake in a preheated oven at 220℃ for 22 to 28 minutes.
6. Remove from heat and refrigerate overnight.

レモンの風味たっぷりなバスクチーズはレアチーズケーキのようにクリーミーでとろけるほど滑らかな感覚とレモンの甘酸っぱい味ががしていて、おいしそうですね🤤🍋💛🧀🤍🎂一度だけでも何回でも食べたいです!

it's nice to see you go back to your roots and make a classic dish. Not wasting ingredients by pouring things all over the counter like a grade schooler would. I'd always just click off the video when you'd do that. As a chef, I thought it was wasteful, especially when I saw other chefs or bartenders do it. but I'm definitely glad to see you not do it in this video. I always like watching your ASMR cooking videos. Good job.

Thank you for such a great recipe. I am going to try it this weekend. My only problem is that I am from the old school here in Florida, USA. We do not use the metric system. I use measuring cups and spoons. I love your recipes.

Delightful Lemon infused Cheesecake! Please make sure all dairy ingredients are room temperature - even left out over night. Beat Well - for the creamiest cheesecake. Ten to fifteen minutes is average, sometimes longer! Crushed biscuits are a splendid crust. Also, place the cake pan in a cookie sheet with water to prevent cracking. Thank you 🥰

The cheesecake looks great however you can tell it was overcooked by the final texture. The cheesecake became grainy and final texture could be much better if baked just a bit less and allows to rest overnight.

チーズの美味しさがダイレクトに伝わりますね、キビ砂糖の分量ですが、動画では90グラム、説明欄では100グラムでした。どちらがいいでしょうか😮

15cmの型にクリームチーズ400gは、かなり濃厚ですよね? 粉も入れず、卵とチーズの力だけで固めるんですね✨️

毎日お疲れ様です!チーズケーキは焼きっぱなしなので楽ちんですよね☺ 卵アレルギーなんですね。市販で探すのは大変そうですね...。子供がいないので1歳の子が食べるものがちょっとわからなくて、具体的にレシピを出すことができず申し訳ないです😢

今すぐ焼きたいのですが、問題はクリームチーズが 200g しかないことです 😓 マスカルポーネだけを追加しても大丈夫ですか、それとも材料を減らしたほうがいいですか?

こんにちは。早速 作ってみましたが、切ったら、ひだまりさんのようにはならず、トロトロになってしまいました😢 時間が足りなかったんでしょうか。食べても大丈夫かな

作ってくださってありがとうございます。 一晩冷やしても真ん中はとろっとするレシピなのですが、形も保てないほどのとろとろ状態でしょうか?小麦粉が入っていないのでお腹を壊すことはないと思うのですが...。作ってくださったのにすみません。

切ったら真ん中がトロトロで形が崩れてしまいました、慌ててネットで調べて160°で15分焼いて3時間ぐらい冷やしてみましたが、陽だまりさんが切った動画よりトロとしましたが、みんなで、美味しく頂きました。また、リベンジしたいと思います。ありがとうございました

@@めぐみ-m5v多分、家庭によってオーブンの温度が変わってくるので250度がありましたら、予熱250度にして25分くらい焼いてみてください。バスクチーズは、表面の焼き色で判断するので好みな焼き加減でとめてみると上手く焼けるようになると思います!!
