This is now my standard scones recipe, it's the best! I use all kinds of filling, it's a very adjustable recipe. Today I made it with peaches. Thank you so much for this recipe!

For each cup of All Purpose Flour - take out 2 Tablespoons of flour and add 2 Tablespoons of Corn Starch. That will give you "Cake" flour. All purpose Flour can be used for bread and cake. But specific Cake powder will make the dough a little fluffier. So, when Cake Flour is called for, take out 2T and put in 2T Corn starch. Lovely delicious recipe Thank you 🥰
