The lighting was awesome!!! The conflict in the dialogue was good. The setup for the ending was nicely placed in a short sentence in the dialogue exchange in the prior scene. This is very nice for a 19 year old film maker.

That's exactly what I thought. It's hard to believe that a defendant woman goes back to a crime scene, alone, in the night, and took time to do her hair and cat-eye makeup look before to go there. Especially since Vanessa knows there’s a demon still haunting this house. This incoherent behavior made the film lose credibility. As for the plot, as soon as I saw the circle of candles on the floor of Vanessa’s living room, I guessed the continuation. This is not the first time we see the story of a woman jealous of a girlfriend of her's because she is in a relationship with a man she coveted. Besides, since this house where Vanessa is returning is considered a crime scene, I find surprising that the police left no one to watch it. Having said that, the director has an excellent sense of suspense. That's why, despite the reserves I expressed, I thumb's up the two parts of this short movie. I usually prefer to keep my reservations about a movie to myself. But I felt I had to be honest. Above all, do not see any ill intent in the criticisms I have made.

Wait, shouldn't there at least be police tape around the house. It was the scene of a crime!!!! The only reason there would not be any police marks all about is if they did not recover a body. But she was hauled in for Daniel's...disappearance? It wasn't clear. And there would likely still be a police presence at the house when she went back. Still, pretty good.

i just couldn’t finish watching the whole film… it was hard enough swallowing this “creature” letting ariana grande go once, but TWICE? since i didn’t finish, dunno if she was let go a THIRD time🙄

I wondered about the reason for it, whether it was lighter now due to the horror she faced in the first film or simply overlooked by the director. This film picks up directly after HIDDEN ABOVE #1, right?

these entities live in every house - these creatures = you cannot see them because they are you - they do all kinds of harm to themselves and to others - usually deep in the bowels of their mind where no one else can see until it spills out and spawns all kinds of misdeeds and demonic hellfire - causing much horror and suffering to themselves and anyone nearby and not understanding they live with a monster inside that don't care about the universe of soul - and the presence of peace within - it has been sucked out of them from birth - living with dysfunctional mentally ill deities pretending to be parents or siblings - until they to become the monsters that surround them - hidden - oh yes hidden too. The world does not notice them because the world is hell and feeds off all the frequencies and vibrations of violence and hatred and ego - people do not even know how to find their souls anymore = some other creation tampered with us early on - the mind was suppose to serve soul but these other creations have been experimenting with us to find out what happens when the mind tries to make the soul its servant - well we can see what happens - and once we destroy ourselves and go into extinction = the experiment will be over and our consciousness will hopefully have learned - and take that to the next existence where ever that might me = this universe and dimension or some other universe in some other dimension.

I feel bad when I can't give an entirely positive critique and that's it, because I don't direct/produce movies? I wonder what categories the film won awards for, because I agree if it has to do with how it was shot? I don't think the acting was horrible but it didn't make sense how the leading lady went from breathing normally one minute to full on sounding as if she was morbidly obese just from climbing a few steps to the attic? When she saw the creature, instead of just noping it back down the stairs, she turned her back on it and kept looking the other way? I didn't understand why they both had to get dressed up complete with a fierce cat-eye makeup look/and their hair done? At first, I thought there were 2 other characters and I had missed what happened to the other girls? Lastly, I was excited to see how the creature looked(especially, because it won awards)but after I got a good look at it, I admit that I was disappointed and because it looks like a costume, I feel that keeping it more discreet would've have been more to their advantage? I've heard that's what other movies do when their monster's costume isn't the best? They show it less and choose a darker light to play tricks on the audience's eyes?
