Thanks for posting, Cliff. This brings back memories! The actual name of the girl scout camp was Camp Hidden Falls. I was a camper there from 1968-1972 and my daughter was a camper there from 1997-2005.

So beautiful! You need to go back when the spring wildflowers are in bloom and look for trilliums! 😊

What a beaut place. No matter big or small a waterfall is fantastic. Crunching leaves and waterfalls can’t do much better than that. Thank you so much for taking me along. Please stay safe and take care

I thought you were a bit goofy at first but the more I watch I realize that you are just as ' nerdy ' as I originally thought but amazing all the same...cheers for exposing me to the places that I overlook as a native of @pa.

It is now about 10ish days after he shot this and the PA grass is starting to green up and buds are on the trees, at least in the lower elevations

If there are dams there , they were built for some type of Mills. Either a grist mill or a type of saw mill. Thanks for finding them.

What beautiful walk! Thank you so much Cliff! Without your wonderful hikes in beautiful Pennsylvania the COVID lock down would have been so painful. Because of you I did not miss the change of the seasons and could count on you to be there to pick me up and take me along! Please tell John I said hello and I hope all goes well! :)

Thanks Cliff, love the Delaware Water Gap. Thanks so much for taking us along once again. I always enjoy your videos, and am going through your back catalog as well, since I only discovered your channel a few months ago. I took PA for granted when I was a kid. But we have so much natural beauty.

Beautiful place. Thanks for sharing. Someday I hope you get to see Childs park with its three waterfalls. Each about 50ft. drop. Stay well.

Thanks for the video, it always amazes me? Where is the water coming from & how does it not run out? Is it recycling itself or where does it go? I grew up with Cobbs Creek Golfcourse at my back door & ventured into Fairmont Park & Morris Park systems as a kid & always wondered about the Creek's water 💧 & how it was endlessly running? Thanks again for reminding me of my younger days...

Since you're possibly still in the area, I'd highly recommend going to High Point State Park in New Jersey and the Hawk's Nest in New York. It's not PA, but they're literally right across the river. Other nearby attractions would include Fort Decker, the Minisink Battlefield; the Tri-State rock where NY, NJ, and PA meet; Grey Towers where Gifford Pinchot (PA governor and US Forest Service founder) summered; the Muir House, where John Muir stayed; and the Milford History Museum where there's supposedly the flag that cradled Lincoln's head after he was shot. Also the Magakamack Churchyard, a quite old cemetary that still flies the old-school Union Jack w/o red x. High Point State Park has a beautiful obelisk cenotaph for the fallen of WWI that's about half the height of the Washington Monument, great views, and the highest eastern white cedar bog in the world.

The monument at High Point is right on the Appalachian Trail. There is so much history in that area.
