Btw, there's another hidden reward for the style influencer career. As soon as you finish the *style board, you can set the emotions associated with each clothing type. Like focused/inspired for professional, energized for fitness and swimming wear, etc. IDK, I find it pretty useful.

I think it's a little known one because Style Influencer wasn't added as a career until several patches in, and even then it wasn't exactly hyped up.

One of my favs is the tranquillising handshake from the secret agent career. It’s the normal hand buzzer interaction, but sims pass out after you use it. 🤪

I did not know about the comedy routines in space. Now I can't wait to try it! I also had no idea about the cookbook/bar guide for the culinary career. I do love playing the Style Influencer career and I love setting trends so that Sims look silly when they're walking by. Did you know that the Grim Reaper will sometimes wear the trending outfits? I had a masculine trend set to be the hamster costume and he showed up to reap a soul in the outfit! It was hilarious!

Those bar guides are currently making my boy money hand over fist. He already completed the master mixologist aspiration and moved on to bestselling author. His writing skill is level 9 and he's in the final phase of the aspiration, but the bar guides are still the best money he can publish for

There's also the interaction "ask for bribe(?)" when your sim is in the political career. I think you can get like 2k from this, but also a shamed moodlet for 8 hours, but if you buy the "never ashamed" trace, you can ask for bribe forever, and become rich with that

I found this interaction by accident, when I looked for voters. I didn't read what I clicked and just chose by the career icon in the option. For a moment I wondered if my Sims had become conscious, when Mr Lucius Malfoy hands a briefcase full of money to my politician. :D

One of my favorite hustles is to get Charisma skill high as well so I can ask for small bribes, big bribes *and* the politician bribe iirc. I could always be a bit mistaken as I hadn’t been able to play the games in months.

I used the «Create ... trend» to create some absurd outfits. Like a mascot outfit as swim wear, the skimpiest bikini as cold weather outfit, or a formal wear making peoples look like destitute hobos.

If I remember correctly there is another perk in the mixologist career. At level 9 you can learn a special drink that boost Sims skill gain. But you can only learnt it at level 9 unless it has been patched.

I really wish that the stylist could set multiple trend looks. It's very odd having several sims wearing exactly the same outfit in the same space... I'd find it genuinely inspiring if we could set 3-5 looks as a range. We could choose to do it on a theme if we liked. How fun would it be if we could do fashion shows with those looks... does that come in Get Famous?

A level past writing your bar guides, you may occasionally get a chance card for a guide on some wonderful drink. Buy it and, luck permitting, you may unlock the Snaggle Fluster drink, a drink that greatly improves skilling speed.

Unfortunately not, at least not mostly (there might be some that do). Which I'm slightly sulky over, especially that you have to be in the Culinary career to have a "signature recipe". You'd think that mastering baking + cooking + gourmet cooking would've allowed you to have your own

I had a sim recently leave investor and move over to entertainer and she can still invest in stock so it might depend on the perk and the career. Or it might be because she got to level 10.

yes, that is from City Living, but you don't need it to livestream--you can do it on computer and possibly (I can't recall) on the gaming mat.

I've noticed that the Inventor Machine can be bought from the buy mode when on my home lot. I don't know if this is intentional or a big, but it's great to make those inventions at home. My Sim is an inventor as her job, so maybe that unlocked it?
