Do you ever use a bounce-flash option for illuminating the front over the background or, do you just count on the pre-existing light available to you on that moment in time? I bought my first 35mm second hand. It was a russian manual SLR and It was so beautiful, the talent ground into this $55.00 second hand wonder. Was HEAVY and I loved that character about it. Never had a flash but, took it everywhere with me. Was my Gift to myself for my 13th birthday.
