Hidden Features & Unused Units | Red Alert 3

Those are some unused / cut contents hidden in the Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3's game files. I found them 4 months ago while using the map editor / world builder to make my other videos. There's the President's Copter, Mirage Tank disguised as a thin-looking Apocalypse Tank, Radar Ship, Shroud Crate, Random Crate, Explosion Crate, and a cooler-looking Sudden Transport!
Let's have some fun duplicating Yuriko with the clone crates eh?

The cooler transport seems to be the older design for the sudden transport which looks more accurate to the ones depicted in cutscenes, it is kinda weird that most empire units in game look very different to their cinematic counterparts.

fun fact: if someone spawns a time bomb in your base, attack it with yuriko for 1 second, then press stop. the bomb should levitate on the air by itself. then destroy it with yuriko and your base is safe!

yes its an RA2 voice, the beta for RA3 they didnt have any voices completed for any units so they place held every unit with all the RA2 lines, some dosnt surprise me some RA2 sound clips still remain in the game

Powerful base defenses, such as Tesla Coils, Spectrum Towers and Wave-Force towers are highly effective against Yuriko. Yuriko can target only a single foe at once, and requires a certain period of time to destroy the enemy (unlike Tanya and Natasha, both of which destroy infantry almost instantly). This time does not vary with the strength of the unit, meaning that a Mirage Tank will take as long to destroy as a Peacekeeper. For this reason Yuriko is relatively ineffective at destroying large numbers of small, inexpensive targets such as infantry or Terror Drones. She's weak against large groups of anti-infantry vehicles, vulnerable to Desolator Attacks and can be overwhelmed by groups of Terror Drones, War Bears or Attack Dogs.

If it is (who would survive longer) I would probably just build structures all around the map. If it is who fight best, Yuriko may be weakest vs air. So I would probably go sea wings

In fact all commandos are weak to air, Natasha/Tanya can't do anything, Yuriko has an instant kill attack but it's slow to recharge. A Spy in a Multigunner IFV beats any of them in one shot and from a safe range, although it's relatively niche ($1000 + $800 cost.)

Cryocopter Shrink when they surface. Bomb with Vindicators if you can catch them. Or bait them out with a couple Riptides then get Aircraft Carrier's EMP on them. Allies have no problem beating Soviet Navy at all.

the soviet fleet is werry Dangerous. and it coms Down to when we are talking. how big is their army. and what units are they using. the allies have dolphins wich are fast and quite good vs naval units riptides wich is bit slower but can shoot submerged units hydrofil wich can wepon jam assult destroyer wich can black hole or be shooting quit heavily / submerged units Aircraft carrier over all just attacks and emp the enemy troops now if you want me to demostrate some of their key strenghts i can show you in a live game if You want. @@xyhc-cnc ah i missed the part where he did not ask for navy vs navy. my bad. indeed xyhc is correct using the Allied air is really efficent against the soviet navy. shirnking and boming heck even freezing. but do not be mistaken xyhc the soviet navy is really strong. it can hold its own against the allies. 4 acula subs for example and their special ability can destroy a refinery. the Allied player shuld mix their army With hydrofoils dolphins or riptides With some assult destroyers. some cryocopters mabye a few vindicators and if you can Aircraft carrier. it still comes Down to the situation. postioning. army size. and what else is happening. oi xhyc i have droped you a Message on the forums for some staff work.

You can order the destroyers to land and fire from there, although this will work until the “Sharks” move away.
