@4:00 The Skull Crusher Home. Great hose for the most part, love the dark onyx everywhere, but that staircase is an absolute deal breaker. That floating corner, exactly at head height for kids, is a literal skull cracker. Imagine your kids running, or you at night smashing into that glass or steel corner, it would completely split open your head. I can't believe the architect, the builder, designer, installer, real estate agents have let that pass. Not only will someone get seriously hurt there, but the lawsuits that will follow...

Okay it was most definitely the outside space. That seating area behind the waterfall was otherworldly. Also in the back yard I loved that black accent wall. It is simply so modern, open and California. Please be safe I had a trip planned to LA this week. My B&B got cancelled because of flooding.

Those stairs look like a safety hazard, I can see slicing my forehead at night. They should have book-matched the "powerwall". It took away some of its power. What's the deal with that long driveway and the front house? Is this a duplex? The backyard looked amazing they really packed a lot into that space. Had some friends that lived in that area very nice. Also, what's the deal with wearing the coat like a cape.

Sor-wie I'm late in watching this video. Roof top - I really like what they did with. Nicely laid out. I want that freestanding swinging chair!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) Primary bathroom - nice, but I'm not sure I'm a fan of all that black stone. I would have preferred the lighter stone in that particular bathroom. And I think that toilet should have been in its own closet or at least tucked away more. It just seemed too 'exposed' where it is. :) Primary bedroom - it is very spacious and I like the closet space also. I don't know ...maybe too big? Is there such a thing? :) Kitchen - everything is high-end of course ....but I dunno. I like it, but then again I think it could have been better. Toilet - I actually agree with you as I think it is unique and cool. I'd sit on it ...or stand in front it; depending on my need at the time. LOL :) Staircase - clear glass ..probably would not have been my first choice, but it's fine. Door - I do like that front door. Very cool indeed. Hardwood floors - I've never been a fan of floors with the herring bone layout, but I will say with this one being of lighter wood makes it better than most I've been. Plus I know it would be way too costly to replace all the flooring that house with a 6.5 mil price tag. Ouch! :O Backyard - they certainly did make good use of every inch of the area. That water fall would be a bit loud, but it sure does look nice. And I do like that the grill area was off the the corner with such a large eating/sitting area. A closet just for your glasses? Must be nice. 😄 Nice vehicle you drove up in. It's really yours, right? On come on. You can tell us. LOL :) As for your jumping rope skills ....ummmm ......nice coat. ;) Oh, your juggling talent was impressive. We need to see more; juggling balls then knifes then flaming torches! :) Thanks for posting/sharing SS. Cheers! :)

Obviously very nice, but the neighborhood doesn’t support a home of this splendor. Too much of the black stone. After the initial power wall, I would have used some lighter stone in the bathrooms, etc. It appears to be quite a lot of house for the price though, and the roof top deck is a huge plus. Great job, Sierra!

I feel the house as a whole is beautiful -- but it also feels like it was configured by a builder -- not a designer -- since it doesn't accommodate how it will be lived in -- and really doesn't accommodate taste of (many) women. There is a lot of black, polished stone - very retro.Very personal. Even in that tiny tv/family room (due to the glass doors) -- you can't fit a ton of people and there's yet another entire wall of marble - so no real way to hang art. The kitchen feels small - and the pantry was around the corner w/ a door that requires you to close it to get to the other side of the pantry. The prime bathroom is 100% polished black marble -- and puts a toilet smack in front of a tub. These are very interesting decisions, but I suspect whoever buys this house is going to gut a few rooms. Great exterior and location, though.

Love the outdoor areas, that kind of courtyard/pool area, but the inside is not my cup of tea. All of that dark black marble is too much, it's Persian or Mediterranean or something. I love the herringbone wood floors but just not crazy about this kind of modern style, the glass paneled staircase, etc. Just that kind of boxy rectangular floor plan. I love Spanish Revival type architecture with the curved ir arched doorways and walls separating rooms, just places with interesting angles and shapes and floor plans. That glass paneled wall in this house that separates the two rooms looks like something you'd see in an office space. This kind of architecture on the inside in general looks like a modern day office building. I need something with more warmth and character and hominess.
