This home has everything anyone could ask for and then some. I loved the downstairs of this home the most. The home theater and the gym with the sauna and and steam room was a big plus for me. And that view was totally amazing. Sierra is one amazingly beautiful woman. Very classy and athletic. I like her.

That home looks really nice and brand new. I'm in awe by that incredible view of the top floor by the infinity pool even though i generally don't like being outdoors. I like the home theater which would be awesome to do some gaming up in there as well if i were fortunate enough or lucky enough to have a multi-million dollar luxurious home. Another great video. Loved the bit with the dumbbells - very honest humor and it’s a welcome break from the presentation. Lifestyle shots are also a great addition. Most people believe there’s a bubble in real estate (and there is) but there’s also been a huge increase in construction costs, in some instances, over 100% in as little as 7-10 years (both because of workers (less available people, over huge demand) and materials (more sophistication and “exoticness”) and that’s one of the reasons new homes are so expensive. A home may cost 5 million or 10 million, depending whether it’s less than, say, less than 7-10 years old (or has been totally remodeled in the same period). There’s also been a clear uptick in staging. Decor can easily go from 500k to 1M, and that obviously excluding exotic furniture. Again, awesome job. Take care,

Finally the long awaited pool scene 🤩 How is it that these kinds of toilets are still "unique" in the US, as they are virtually standard here in Europe for over 20 years? Take a shot every time Sierra says "Unique". You're welcome 🤣 What a fantastic home. It has everything you want to chill out in Hollywood. Luv the wood, granite, travertine and lighting fixtures. That pool is a different shape - that entire outdoor area looks gorgeous. That black granite in the garage is a nice touch. 2 bathrooms on the main floor - luv that. Especially when entertaining so that the ladies can have their own room to stink up vs sharing with the men. That downstairs pool bar, sport watching area, gym & cinema looks very nice. Large Laundry room - Very important. The Owners suite - Just WOW!! 2 toilets - nice, large tub, the massive party shower for 20 people, coffee/mini fridge wet bar area and lots of balcony space w/AWESOME Views!!! Lots of Goodness in this one. I've seen many homes and this one with the different materials is tastefully done. If I were to have a home built this would be the blue print I'd start with. Is there a 2nd kitchen, hot tub and how many parking spots? Cheers from Vancouver, Canada TY to Sierra & the entire team who shot & edited the video. Great job!!!

I think Manhattan. There is nightlife, restaurants, and you have Visa Del Mar to use as quicker access to LAX, freeways, and LA
