Конечно мы консервируем овощи, но делаем это немного по другому. В старину у нас овощи консервировали в дубовых бочках : огурцы, помидоры, капусту, грибы. Теперь солим или маринуем в стеклянных банках с винтовой крышкой. Заготовок делаем много и разных, в том числе пюре из баклажан (у нас это называется икра), пюре из кабачков, это тоже называется икра. Много делаем разных заготовок из сладкого перца. Рецепт : перец промыть и нарезать длинными полосками шириной 2 сантиметра. Из очень спелых помидор сделать сок, закипятить, добавить в кипящей сок рубленый чеснок, нарезанный острый перец, соль и сахар, всё по вкусу. Потом добавить сладкий перец и кипятить пока сладкий перец не станет гибким. Важно не переварить перец. Затем разложить горячим в стеклянные чистые литровые банки и закрыть винтовыми крышками.. Дать остыть. Это одна из простых заготовок на зиму, очень популярная.

Шпарят чистят,варят глазируют, зажаривают вытапливая жир и впрцесе этого оно освобождёное становится полупрозрачным липким и тягучим а какой вкусный сегодня чувашка вернулась к вкусу прошлого я его и любила а не сало как твердила себе вот мол маленькая отдавала предпочтение солу а не мясу которое меняла за столом с сестрой и уже мне70л а мясо ем но очень уж плохо расла я болезненым ребёнком в первый день жизни прошла операцию якобы завороток кишок но это история другая ГЛАВНОЕ СПАСИБО МАМЕ ЖИВУ И БУДУ ЖИТЬ НО КАК НЕ ЖАЛЬ БЕЗ НЕЁ а я теперь знаю что я любила конечно процес у мамы другой но фокт то что оно преобразовывалось в белое мясо я подозреваю оставался кологен он невероятно вкусен для моего восприятия был СПАСИБО

@@НатальяДежикова Это вы просто знаете только этот метод Есть метод, когда делят на листки, которые сначала подвяливают, а потом только квасят Потом в итоге она делается более пластичной, больше можно вместить в емкость и становится более податливой для голубцов, возможно и более полезной, так как полезные вещества больше сохраняются в капусте и не уходят в рассол вместе с жидкостью
