Очень понравилось коробочки с рисом, записала состав ингредиентов. У нас правда не растут пальмы, зато растет рогоз,из него тоже можно сплести коробочки. У нас есть блюдо, называется Селянка (Солянка), обязательные ингридиенты : соленые огурцы, копченые ребрышки 2-3 штуки. Остальные ингридиенты на ваш выбор: баклажаны, кабачки, морковь, зеленый острый перец, дайкон, стрючковая фасоль или чечевица. Овощи режутся кубиками по вашему размеру и слегка притушиваются на небольшом количестве масла. Из ребрышки варится наваристый бульон без специй, добавляются соленые огурцы кубиками, варится 5мин.бульоном заливают овощи и тушат 5-10мин.Блюдо должно быть густым.

I never eat zongzi but in Indonesia there is a kind of food like that. It's name LEPET. Made from sticky rice and red beans,coconut milk. Wrapped with coconut leaves. It's salty. Yummy. Like zongzi may be. 😘
