Your vlogs are sooo beautiful and inspiring... Also, thanks to you I started planning to visit my region, my city and its surroundings (basically anything that's a 1h30 drive away from me!) wich I wanted to do for so long but "never had time"; and it may sound strange but I'm so excited to travel through my own country 😂 And lately I spend much time walking and as you said, being in nature really REALLY does wonders on our mental health ♥ I know when we're sad we tend to not have energy to move out of our room but honestly, to anyone out there feeling low, I tell you if you just do that first step of putting on your shoes and a coat and open your front door, you'll soon feel better AND want to do that more often, trust me!
