Hidden Graphical Glitch in Four Seasons

So, I decided to upload glitches of games. This is the first one of them that I intend to show.
While lazily trying to test if my gamepad connected with the computer, I ran into this interesting frenzy of graphical glitches. I have no idea what triggered it, but seeing as it persisted, I hastily pulled out OBS to record this.
There was more than menu flickering. A single Spell Practice session against Okina had every asset used in the games flashed on-screen, and mirrored bullets that were larger (a la Sukuna). I beat Matara Dukkha by focusing on the normal sized bullets and Reimu's hitbox.
But that says nothing of replaying Stage 6. Whereas the bullets were visible in Matara Dukkha with extra distractions,, this one has the bullets flicker in and out of existence. I can't beat Stage 6 this way.
