I can’t believe I forgot to go back and listen to this with headphones ! But I’ve just done it and this time I heard something else, on top of the bang, footsteps and rem pod, just about 15.12-14, I know you move but I’m convinced theres whispering 🤔. I listened 4-5 times and sure of it 🤷♀️. Just had to let you know, it’s worth another listen 😉

Great well edited video, not going too lie, would have been nice to get a mention as it was actually me that went down and uncovered the Grave ( although it had been removed ) after seeing your original video with Barbara pointing out there was only "one set" of remains, The grave was actually removed when the church was extended in the 1600's, and the family tomb to the Bassetts was a "Remembrance" piece to the family giving there connection to the Church and surrounding area, There is a grave in the Church however, But it isn't under the carpet, ( Which was originally thought, until i got all info from Roger who looks after the upkeep of the church ) as said, it was removed, the brasses were put there for "Tracings" such as school trips, children would use the brasses and use tracing paper, A lot of churches have these in place. The actual grave is right behind the main organ on the back wall, Which has wood covering But as said, great video, very well pieced together Ian SPJ 😊

Beautiful location. Nice to see the church is still in use and incredible that it remains unlocked. Sadly so many of our churches have to be under lock and key to prevent the mindless vandalism that seems to be, sadly, fashionable these days. I remember the video where you thought someone has entered the church, stat down and then got up and left. If, and it's still a big if, there such thing like stone tape theory could what you heard/witnessed have been such a thing ? An event from the past being replayed for eternity ? Amazing hidden tomb, if you have photos of it the latin writing on the sides should reveal who lies there. The fact that on this visit not much happened in no way detracts from the worth of the video. Without it we would not have had the pleasure of seeing this wonderful building again. Keep on looking as always ...

Hi Paul. That was an excellent video. I really enjoyed it. You are right, sometimes things happen when you least expect it. I mentioned I wanted to tell you about an experience that happened to me and my niece in October before the pandemic struck. We took a girls' vacay to Salem, Massachusetts. We were there on the full moon and it was a great getaway for seasonal and historical atmosphere. However, we were not there for the "witches" but for the history which unfortunately, the two cannot be separated. We stayed at an AirBnB house rental overlooking the Salem Harbor. We rented the second floor of an historical house built by an 18th century merchant sea captain. The front of the house overlooked the harbor and the back overlooked old Salem. My niece took the bedroom overlooking the harbor and I took the bedroom overlooking old Salem. There was a connecting bedroom between us that was not used. All of the floors were beautiful hard wood with scattered rugs placed about. The kitchen was modern. The bedrooms were decorated with antique furniture. The living room and dining area were modern with nautical theme. It was perfect for us. After we selected our rooms, we immediately went out and took a long walk around Salem and indulged in good food, homemade candy from the nation's oldest candy store and American history. We sat along the shore until the sea breeze became too cold and we retreated to our rental. I went to my room to change clothes and looked out the window and noticed there was an old tree in the back yard that had grown around a large grave stone. That was a bit creepy and I never looked out that window again. LOL. We were there 5 days and 4 nights. On the last full day we were there I had gotten up, made coffee and was enjoying the autumn sunshine coming through the window. The living room and dining area also overlooked the harbor. The weather was perfect. My niece is a late sleeper which did not bother me. I rather enjoyed my alone time and coffee. About 10:30 a.m. I was sitting on the couch watching TV and sipping my coffee when I heard her get up and walk into the empty bedroom and then walk into the living room where she stopped behind me. I expected her to go into the kitchen but she just stopped directly behind me. I had a very quick thought that it was odd she just didn't come out of her room from her bedroom door which was open but instead she went through the spare bedroom. I also thought it was odd that she had shoes on. She never wears shoes in the house...socks or slippers only. Her footsteps were heavy and very defined. Suddenly, a chill came over me like nothing I have ever felt before in my life. Since she did not announce herself and stood there in silence, I became absolutely terrified to turn around. I tried to remain calm and called out, "Britney, are you up?" To which she announced from her bed, "Yep, OK...getting there." I replied, "we should get going. We need to take advantage of this beautiful day." Suddenly, a window shade in her bedroom rolled up with great force and flapped round and round. Britney let out a yelp, jumped out of bed and ran into the living room yelling, "What the hell was that!". I laughed and said, "Someone is trying to get you up!" She was really freaked out by the window shade. Once we got away from the house, I told her the rest of the story. It turns out she thought the footsteps were mine! Needless to say, our last night there was spent with all the lights on. Of course when things happen in broad daylight, you would think it would be less scary but when you can't explain it away, no amount of light is going to lessen the scare factor. We still laugh about it but it really did scare us. Persevere Paul and Mark. That paranormal experience you are hoping for will indeed happen when you least expect it.

Lectern. 💜 I suspect what you have there is residual. Our house is not haunted. But, several times a day and night, the master bedroom floor (directly above the lounge) creaks as in - someone walks from the bedroom door all the way over to the windows. When you are in bed, you'd swear someone was in the room with you (but there's nothing, we're Vlad-free I'm afraid 😉 ). However - it never creaks or has "footsteps" back the other way, and there are clear footsteps in that place that seem to definitely wander more than one direction. So, yeah, I think you've discovered a residual for sure. More frustrating than finding nothing in some ways? This was FAB. Thank you so much. Love to you and Mark and all. 🩵
