Devin when you apply filler fiberglass or Bondo you need 2 spatulas according to the size of the working area! Also when you apply make sure you already have the right amount of paste already smooth from mixing and for perfect results one swipe to apply and maybe one more to smooth it not more!

Keep at it Devin! This is going to look amazing when it’s done! Only thing I would recommend is to not do the final sanding with such a coarse grit. You can start with 40 to knock off the bulk but then finish with 80-120 before you prime. That way you won’t have all those deep scratches to fill in👍🏻

Looks great Devin! Little tip: Before you finish up on bondo, put a piece of something shiny like wrap over it so that you can check its reflection and make sure it's completely smooth, can definitely save some time!!

Highly recommend an interface pad for that da for when you’re sanding edges surfaces. Saves you from burning through anything you’re trying to sand.

You will need to finish skim those panels with glaze putty to get the feather edge needed to hide the kitty hair. Then a couple coats of 2k high build primer.

Looking good! When filling in the low spots next to each hole you can use some regular body filler. Get something like evercoat poly flex. Will be much easier to sand and feather out.

To fill in fibreglass with resin you can thicken it with chopped mat glass strands to make a putty

When doing bodywork, get some bigger filler spreaders to lay down the fiberglass or bondo and u can make cleaner more even straight lines! Also less u will have to sand! Stay killin' it bro, maybe someday u could build a Chevy S10 a Nissan Datsun or a newer Chevy Colorado! Build a badass twin turbo 6 speed posi rear end tackle some Nitrous and have a sick street truck! Just a thought!🤔💯👍🏻🍻

Try the sun flash fiberglass resin. You put it on then put it in the sun and about a min later it’s hardened and ready to work on.

Polyester putty will be your friend before primer. Start 80grit then finish 180 and primer.

Epoxy takes 48 hours to cure and shrink completely. I do lots of boats and use all different products.
