Absolutely profoundly accurate clear description of ancestral healing. I have recently paid homage to slave/master ancestor dynamics stemming from 1500's. Having my DNA test results has helped in bringing these dynamics to conscious awareness, and tracing the route of displacement from Africa/Europe and enforced relocation to South East Asia on the Spice Route has enabled a completion, release & integration. Gratitude expressed to ancestors for being the tapestry of destinies which led to my current human incarnation is part of this healing.

+David Lee usually through in person or workshop processes such as Family Constellations and Shamanic practice focused on Ancestral Healing. It usually requires the assistance of a professional practitioner. Very few of us are capable of healing this ourselves as we tend to get to 'intellectual'. The work doesn't really take place in the mind, but in the emotional body and the chakras.

Break out yes but always paying respect to immutable hierarchy that we as childs will always be grateful for our parents for providing us life. So look for break out of things that holds down but always with a feeling of gratitude
