Over 10 years ago, I went to jail for 4 months for something I really didn't do. At the time, I had complete faith that all I had to do was tell the truth, and everything would be fine. Well, it wasn't. I have never been in trouble before or after. Now, over 10 years later, I still can hardly leave my house, answer my phone, or open my door. I'm in weekly counseling and on medication. Nothing bad happened to me in jail, but now I know that people in higher positions can do whatever they want and the truth doesn't matter.

And a coworker of mine knows the person who is talked about in the files. My coworker has had to listen to me talk her ear off about this case. So when the name was dropped, she came running to me. You just wrote exactly what I was thinking! That judge is very suspicious and Allen has received cruel and unusual punishment! Here’s my question, how can this judge and the Indiana legal system get by with this bull💩??? If Allen were my loved one, I would’ve raised so much he$$, they probably would’ve arrested me. If Allen is innocent, which I firmly believe, those 2 precious girls will not get justice! What is wrong with these people? I wish there were something I could do.

Delphi is the real deal in the genre of a whodunit case. It’s the most interesting case of 2024. Indianas refusals to be transparent during the trial is a major concern imo. The redacted transcripts are sus as well.

Yes what or who are they covering up? It's very clear there is a cover up.
@justmissjamey3 ай бұрын
@bugsea54 it's the good old boys system there. Always has been and always will. Unless you were born there, you will always be on the outside. Heck, one of the judges got in trouble for meeting young girls in Lafayette. Sick stuff there.

Redacted transcripts are very, very common in any criminal case with public interest.
@FL-CourtReporter3 ай бұрын
@@TSUNAMI-MAMI I agree with you, but this trial there were transcripts that weren’t ordered or released to counsel that were reported by a stenographer (or some other means) and redacted. To say a stenographer wasn’t present when the stenographer was present or to not want a stenographer to transcribe after ordered is sus imo, allegedly.

There are power stations, trained citizen search and rescue units, local EMT's and police officers on duty for citizen safety, "tracking dogs" owned by private citizens, citizens with many flashlights and cold weather clothing, so, my question is; WHY STOP AN OFFICIAL INITIAL SEARCH WITHIN 24 HOURS?.

Something really bothers me about this case and the way it’s been handled since the beginning. I definitely don’t like that not even audio is allowed for the trial. It’s like a Federal trial. Idk…just everything seems sus, but then again, I’ll wait for facts & evidence in the trial I won’t be able to watch! Thank you for your hard work!

Yah agree! I want to trust law enforcement, but something does seem off. At first it made sense that LE just wanted to protect the integrity of the case by not releasing a lot of information; but after all this time, so many things do not add up, and then not to allow any recording in the trial? It seems pretty obvious that the bodies were moved, staged and that more than one person had to be involved. If there's a cult thing going on, and there are members actually in law enforcement, I wonder if we will ever really know what happened.

I totally agree. I watch a lot of true crime and this case is just OFF. I think it is a small town and LE bumbled the investigation from day one. The sheriff has made this personal and the insistence by LE of keeping everything sealed is a huge red flag

What they used to find Richard Allen "guilty" is gross. It's also disturbing how in today's world they can keep someone who hasn't had a trial, not just in prison, but in solitary confinement for months. Which is all illegal. Not to mention how poor of a job the judge did in this case.
